Public Comment

Public comments are also accepted and welcomed in person and online via Zoom during the "comments from the community" period of regular board meetings (not study sessions). Each commenter is allowed two minutes to address the School Board, the board does not respond, and the public comment period may not exceed 90 minutes. Written and oral public comments become part of the public record.

School Board regular meeting agendas, presentation topics, action items, Zoom link, and an online public comment form are posted on this page no later than Friday preceding a Tuesday meeting. Comments submitted via the online form are accepted through noon on the meeting date.

Upcoming School Board Meetings

School Board meetings are held on Tuesdays in the Board Room or the Shoreline Room at the Shoreline Center (18560 1st Ave. NE, Shoreline, WA 98155) and streamed live via Zoom. Regular Meetings offer an opportunity for written public comment via online form that is posted above at least one day prior to the meeting and via live comment during the meeting, both in person and on Zoom. Study Sessions are also held in person and via Zoom on Tuesday; public comments are not received for Study Sessions.
