We strive for continuous improvement in our students and in our schools. All schools in Shoreline participate in an annual review of performance data to develop or update "school improvement plans." This process gives educators and families an opportunity to address immediate instructional and management issues in the school in order to improve student learning.

Beginning this school year, individual school improvement plans now align with the district Strategic Plan, Envision Shoreline.

Development of Envision Shoreline, Shoreline Schools’ strategic plan for 2024-27, has been a significant collaborative effort, reflecting the commitment of our community to the future of our students. 

The theme "Engage. Inspire. Empower.” is a familiar trio of language that represents our commitment to lifting the entire school district community through collective effort and support. By engaging all stakeholders, inspiring our students and staff, and empowering every individual, we aim to create a thriving educational environment. Together, we will build a brighter future for our students, where literacy, growth, and support are the hallmarks of their educational journey.
