Software/Services Student Privacy Agreements
The Shoreline School District uses several web-based services operated by third parties, not by the school district, to provide students with the most effective online tools and applications for learning. These tools include but are not limited to Google Workspace for Education core and additional services; learning management systems; and instructional resources. With a few limited exceptions, we provide vetted student access through our single sign-on platform, ClassLink, which allows us to strictly limit shared student data to the minimum required to log on to these systems and to connect students, teachers, and courses to grant students access to the appropriate content for their grade and course.
We take student data privacy very seriously and require vendor privacy policies to be in line with state, federal, and school board policies and laws. Vendor privacy policies and terms of service are all available below.
