Tamsin Harrison Appointed Interim Principal of Kellogg Middle School

Tamsin Harrison has been appointed to serve as Interim Principal of Kellogg Middle School for the 2026-27 school year, pending School Board approval, Superintendent Susana Reyes announced. Tamsin currently serves as Assistant Principal at Kellogg and will succeed Becca Wahler, who recently accepted a position as Assistant Principal at Shorecrest High School.

Tamsin brings 20 years’ experience in education, spanning classroom teaching, dean of students work, and school administration across public and private schools in both the United States and internationally. Prior to joining Kellogg, she served as Assistant Principal at East Farms Elementary School in the East Valley School District and as Dean of Students at Dishman Hills High School in Spokane, where she led restorative and trauma-informed practices. She has also led MTSS systems, PBIS implementation, student support coordination, and school safety operations across her administrative roles.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Tamsin has lived and worked in several countries, including Spain, Portugal, and Thailand, bringing a broad range of experiences in education and school leadership. Tamsin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from the University of Bristol, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from University College London, a Master of Arts in International Education from the University of Bath, and her Principal Certification from Gonzaga University.
