Head Start and ECEAP provide free early learning and family support services for eligible children ages 3–4 at Shoreline's Edwin Pratt Early Learning Center.
Services may include:
- Quality learning opportunities
- Nutritious meals and snacks
- Health and developmental screenings
- Family support services
- Interpreters available
