If your student(s) needs assistance, please ensure that you have completed the Free and Reduced Lunch Application. Please fill out one application for your entire family. If qualified, you may also be eligible for additional financial assistance with ASB fees, sports fees, and more.
If you are already approved for free/reduced lunch, please complete the "Consent to Share" form ("Consent to Share" in Spanish) so that you can potentially receive discounts/waivers on other school programs.

- For help with applications, contact Food and Nutrition Services at: nutrition.services@ssd412.org or the Family Advocate at your school.
- If you need assistance with class fees, please contact your school counselor and/or the Family Advocate.
- If you do not qualify for free and reduced lunch and are still in need of assistance, please reach out to the Family Advocate at your school.
