Change of Service Options

Placement Change

This is for students Grades 2-5 that qualify for Highly Capable Services in both ELA and Math. Families can choose to transfer their student to the magnet program or attend their neighborhood home school.   

Program Exit

If your student is currently receiving  Highly Capable Services in ELA and or math you may choose to have your student exit Shoreline's Highly Capable Program.  Your child will retain their identification as a student who is eligible for Highly Capable Services. 

Change of Service Requests are accepted on an annual basis and begin the following school year. In order to process your request all forms are due in the spring of the current school year.
