Curriculum

Shoreline Schools regularly reviews and provides standards-based curriculum resources and materials for our students. The curriculum and curriculum materials we use are designed to increase student access and engagement, close  opportunity gaps, and support student learning and success.

Department staff members coordinate the implementation of standards, and the adoption, development, integration, and implementation of curriculum aligned to standards.

Curriculum materials in Shoreline are reviewed by adoption committees, our District Instructional Materials Committee, and ultimately approved by our School Board. A list of approved instructional materials can be found here.
